First test: Tuesday October 3rd, 9:30-10:45am
Sections from the textbook covered: 1, 2 (except proof of correctness)
This test will look like the quizzes. It will be a series of exercices taken from, or inspired from those of the textbook. Notes and textbooks are allowed.
How to review: Do exam1 of Spring 2000, except the last question (Available in HTML, PDF, Postscript, DVI, pure text and LaTeX).
Note that I design the exams to be long, and I don't necessarily expect you to finish them! Of course, the grading takes this into account.
